Accessing ClearPort

Learn how to access ClearPort for the first time.

Step 1 - Email Link

• Once you have registered with ClearPort, you will be sent an email inviting you to complete your account set up.

• Click the link in the email.

• If you wish to access ClearPort directly, please go to https://dashboard.clear-port.com/

Step 2 - Set Password

• Here you will need to type in your email address and set a password.

• To set a password, go to the box with the heading password, and type in your desired password.

Step 3 - Log In

• Once you have chosen a secure password for your ClearPort account, click the button labelled ‘Continue’.

• You will be then be taken to the ClearPort Dashboard.

Additional Information

• If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or contact support@clear-port.com

• To access ClearPort going forward, go to https://clear-port.com and click on the ‘User Login’ button, or navigate directly to https://dashboard.clear-port.com/ and enter your details.

• If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot Password?’ to reset it.
