Air Exports

Creating an Air Export

  1. Create a new CDS Export declaration

  2. Enter the MUCR in the box MUCR (2/1)

  3. Enter the DUCR in the box DUCR (2/1) or leave it blank to auto-generate

  4. Complete the export declaration, save and submit

The Air Export is now associated with the MUCR.

If you have an export without the MUCR present or you forget to add the MUCR, follow the instructions below:

Associating a CDS Export with a MUCR

  1. From the ClearPort Dashboard, Navigate to CDS > Inventory Linking Exports

  2. Click Associate to MUCR

  3. Enter the MUCR in Parent MUCR

  4. Select DUCR from the Select Type dropdown

  5. Enter the Export DUCR in the UCR box

  6. Click Submit

  7. If successful, the DUCR is now associated with the MUCR

Shut a MUCR

  1. From the ClearPort Dashboard, Navigate to CDS > Inventory Linking Exports

  2. Click Shut MUCR

  3. Enter the MUCR and click Submit

  4. If successful, the MUCR has been “shut” and no more DUCRs or MUCRs can be associated with it.

Query the status of a MUCR/DUCR

  1. From the ClearPort Dashboard, Navigate to CDS > Inventory Linking Exports

  2. Click Query

  3. Select either MUCR or DUCR depending on what you want to query

  4. Enter the MUCR or DUCR in the UCR box and click submit

  5. If found, the current status of the DUCR/MUCR will be displayed
