GVMS is the UK government system to manage goods vehicle movements on Roll-on-Roll-off (RO-RO) ferry routes into and out of the UK – it’s designed to allow Freight companies and Hauliers to input data about their vehicle movements to HMRC electronically which in turn enables the linked customs documents to go depart or arrive automatically.
