Local Reference Number
Mandatory
Local Reference number - this field needs to be unique for each "Declarant". Must be unique per declarant submitting the declaration.
Estimated Date and Time of Departure
Mandatory
The estimated date and time that the means of transport leaves the departure country.
Estimated Date and Time of Arrival
Mandatory
The estimated date and time that the means of transport arrives in the first EU country.
Customs office of First Entry
Mandatory
The customs office of first entry in the EU.
Transport Id
Mandatory
For example the vehicle reg of the means of transport.
Transport Mode
Mandatory
The mode of transport.
Transport Type
Mandatory
The type of transport.
Transport Means
Mandatory
The means of transport.
Transport Nationality
Mandatory
The nationality of the means of transport.
Containerised
Whether the goods are in a container or not.
Transport Charges Method of Payment

How the transport contract is paid.
Master Document Type

Place of Acceptance

The place where the goods are accepted for transportation.
UN/LOCODE should be declared. Where UN/LOCODE does not exist, a name of location and a country code is provided.
Place of Loading
Mandatory
The place where the goods are loaded on to the transportation.
UN/LOCODE should be declared. Where UN/LOCODE does not exist, a name of location and a country code is provided.
Place of Unloading
Mandatory
The place where the goods are unloaded off the transportation.
UN/LOCODE should be declared. Where UN/LOCODE does not exist, a name of location and a country code is provided.
Place of Delivery
Mandatory
The place where the goods are discharged.
UN/LOCODE should be declared. Where UN/LOCODE does not exist, a name of location and a country code is provided.
Itinerary
Mandatory
The countries that the vehicle passes through from the country of loading to the country of destination.
The countries of Place of Acceptance and Place of Delivery must be included in Itinerary.
Consignor
Mandatory
The Consignor is: the party who is making the declaration, or the party on whose behalf you are making the declaration. The consignor is the owner of the goods or has similar right of disposal over them at the time the declaration is made.
Consignee
Mandatory
The Consignee is the party to whom goods are actually consigned.
Declarant
Mandatory
The person lodging the declaration.
Declarant Email
Either Email or Phone Number must be provided
A contact email for the declarant.
Declarant Phone Number
Either Email or Phone Number must be provided
A contact phone number for the declarant.
Carrier
Mandatory
The party that transports the goods at the point of entry into the EU.
Representative
Optional
The Representative trader is the person the declarant has authorised to represent them.

Whether the goods are in a container or not.

Goods Description
Mandatory
This is a free text field to enter a description of the goods which are being sent.
This is a plain language description precise enough for customs to be able to identify the goods without reference to other documents/materials.
Gross Mass
Mandatory
Total Gross Weight (mass) of goods including packaging. This excludes any specialist equipment the carrier may use.
Packages
Mandatory
The type, quantity and marks of the packaging.
Seller
Mandatory
The Seller is the owner of the goods or has similar right of disposal over them at the time the declaration is made.
Buyer
Mandatory
The Buyer is the party to whom goods are actually consigned.
