C21i / CCR

A C21, now called a Customs Clearance Request (CCR) is a declaration that initiates an inventory release for goods that are already cleared.

The C21 should contain a subset of the data on the original import, in addition to the MRN of the original import. It should be submitted to the inventory system that is used by the port where the goods are located.
